She is originally from Massachusetts, where she held a position as a retail manager at a clothing store and an office manager for an internet company. Jocelyn's responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks, including: - Processing tenant applications - Preparing new leases and renewals in Zip Forms - Screening and collaborating with tenants to resolve issues - Generating various reports for management - Creating work orders for vendors - Handling accounts payable and billable transactions - Organizing and filing records - Processing court documents and filing electronically - Conducting insurance premium audits She derives satisfaction from orchestrating and sustaining a seamless workflow, engaging with the public, and providing assistance in resolving issues.
